SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS

Mr. Gary P. Hill, President and Mr. Rusty J. Rizzo, Regional Manager, supervise a full time staff of over 40 project managers and field professionals and provide technical insight in subsurface and remediation matters. Walker-Hill Environmental, Inc's (WHE) team of field professionals are led by field supervisors, Mr. Timothy K. Beach and Mr. Greg Slade.

Mr. Hill has more than 20 years of drilling and 13 years of environmental remediation experience. Mr. Hill has been involved in the oil and gas, water well, geotechnical, and environmental drilling industry since 1979 and has supervised drilling operations since 1986. Mr. Hill has also been involved in several Department of Energy, Department of Defense, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, National Guard, and local governmental projects throughout his career. Mr. Hill has worked on several soils bioremediation projects, supervised excavation of contaminated soils associated with UST closures, and installed/maintained numerous groundwater treatment systems.

Mr. Rizzo has over 8 years of professional hydrogeologic, environmental, and remediation consulting experience. Mr. Rizzo has been involved in numerous large-scale hydrogeologic investigations at solid waste landfills in Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas. Mr. Rizzo has also been involved in RCRA facility investigations and groundwater investigations at various industrial facilities in Louisiana, including, Union Carbide Corporation, Shell Oil, Georgia Gulf Corporation, LaRoche Chemicals, and Cosmar. Mr. Rizzo has performed numerous site assessments at UST sites in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Texas. In additions, Mr. Rizzo has experience managing remediation efforts at UST and EPA Superfund sites. Mr. Rizzo has been involved in remediation efforts, such as, excavation and disposal of contaminated soil, solidification and stabilization of impacted soils, bioremediation of impacted soils, installation of dense non-aqueous phase liquid (DNAPL) recovery trenches, waste water treatment systems, operation of vapor recovery systems, and oversight of a thermal desorption unit.

Mr. Beach provides field supervision on many operations, including both drilling and remediation projects. Mr. Beach has over 15 years of environmental and geotechnical drilling experience and over 9 years of remediation experience. Mr. Beach has installed numerous monitoring wells at solid waste landfills, industrial facilities, and UST sites. Mr. Beach has worked on numerous Department of Energy, Department of Defense, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, National Guard, and local governmental projects. Mr. Beach has been involved in several soils bioremediation projects, supervised excavation of contaminated soils, and installed/maintained several groundwater treatment systems.

INSURANCE

WHE maintains full insurance coverage including comprehensive liability, pollution liability, workman's compensation, and auto insurance through Steart Sneed Hughs in Hattiesburg, MS.  WHE can be bonded when necessary for most projects.  WHE has the ability to modify insurance coverage when necessary to meet a particular client's needs.  Insurance certificates are available upon request.
